ENERGY EFFICIENCY & MANAGEMENT

This isn't about turning off the light switch or getting a fuel-efficient vehicle ... this is about your internal energy system's efficiency.

Wouldn't it be amazing to finish off the day with as much energy you had waking up out of bed after a restful night's sleep? To feel like you still have some reserve throughout the evening, even after a demanding workday?

Are you tired of ending your days feeling emotionally, physically, and cognitively depleted? What if you could learn how to plug those energy leaks and build resilience ?

RESILIENCE CAPACITY

Believe it or not, it is possible to learn how to regulate our energy using science-based methods that promote what is called Resilience Capacity. This is our ability to regenerate and renew, from a cellular level to an emotional level.

HOW?

One way is to regularly tap into the frequency of regenerative emotions. Emotions like care, courage, tolerance, gratitude. Regenerative Emotions are called regenerative because they can actually help promote measurable neuroendocrine changes , and help our bodies maintain health and wholeness over time.

REGENERATIVE EMOTIONS ARE POWERFUL

Tapping into regenerative emotions has been shown to promote the following:

  • Increased longevity
  • Improved resilience to adversity
  • Improved cognitive function
  • Better memory
  • Improved problem solving
  • Increased intuition
  • Enhanced creativity
  • Improved job performance and achievement

We can learn how to build Resilience Capacity - to recharge our own batteries - and stop the depleting effects of negative emotions. We can learn to move through stress in such an efficient way that it impacts a healthy microbiome and immune system, resulting in a far more productive energy system not being wasted on dealing with depleting environmental toxicity (both physical and emotional).

From a functional medicine perspective, allergies are not just about pollen, dust, or environmental triggers—they are a reflection of how your immune system is functioning. And one of the most important places to look? Your gut.
