Try this 20-minute Medical Therapeutic Yoga (MTY) sequence guided by Jessie, Doctor of Physical Therapy at The Healing Collective Functional & Integrative Medicine.  This video was hosted by UnaVida Studio in Niwot, CO, where you can catch weekly MTY classes with DR. Jessie that cater to YOUR unique needs.


Dr. Jessie offers this 20-minute yoga practice that was developed to help you alleviate the symptoms of digestive disturbance including bloating, gas, irritation, abdominal pain, or constipation. 


This practice is suitable for beginners and if you are unable to sit cross-legged on the floor, you are very welcome to practice along while sitting in a chair.  We hope you enjoy and experience the benefits of this nourishing practice.
